We are excited to host our expo a little differently this year, by running it over the entire week to allow for social distancing and capacity policies. The expo will run over 5 days. 5 – 9 October from 10:00 – 1:00pm. We will have a range of service providers having stalls and a range of activities across the week that you can attend.

We are looking at creating another inclusive environment that connects with the main themes of Mental Health Week:
• to raise awareness and promote positive mental health and well-being
• to reduce stigma
• to build resilience and foster understanding
• build partnerships and connections within the local community
• to encourage individuals to seek help when they may need it
• encourage and promote self-care
