SUMMARY:The Glenorchy Library Mental Health Expo - We all have a role to play.
DESCRIPTION:We are excited to host our expo a little differently this year\, by running it over the entire week to allow for social distancing and capacity policies. The expo will run over 5 days. 5 – 9 October from 10:00 – 1:00pm. We will have a range of service providers having stalls and a range of activities across the week that you can attend. \nWe are looking at creating another inclusive environment that connects with the main themes of Mental Health Week:\n• to raise awareness and promote positive mental health and well-being\n• to reduce stigma\n• to build resilience and foster understanding\n• build partnerships and connections within the local community\n• to encourage individuals to seek help when they may need it\n• encourage and promote self-care \nKeep an eye on our Eventbrite page to book into our different activities https://www.eventbrite.com.au/o/glenorchy-library-6685743883
