Mental Health First Aid

$3201 in 5 Australians will experience a mental health problem in any given year. That means that every person is likely to know someone who is experiencing a mental health problem, whether that is a family member, a friend or colleague.
This course will equip people with the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence to listen, connect and support someone experiencing a mental health problem. 18+ years.
On successful completion, Participants will receive certification in Mental Health First Aid for 3 years.
