DESCRIPTION:1 in 5 Australians will experience a mental health problem in any given year. That means that every person is likely to know someone who is experiencing a mental health problem\, whether that is a family member\, a friend or colleague. \nThis course will equip people with the practical skills\, knowledge\, and confidence to listen\, connect and support someone experiencing a mental health problem. 18+ years. \nOn successful completion\, Participants will receive certification in Mental Health First Aid for 3 years. \n \n
