Join us for Mental Health Week at Gould’s Lagoon and connect with nature, recharge and look after the land.
Hayley from Hayley Rose Yoga will lead a beginner level yoga session in nature, which will ground us and allow us to take time out.
We will also look after plantings that we have put in two years ago, to ensure we can encourage wildlife at this location, and look after the land.
Please bring a yoga mat and wear a comfortable long-sleeved shirt, long pants, fully enclosed shoes and a hat.
