Join Mindfulness Programs Australasia in the beautiful Ballroom of the Town Hall (we have disability access) on Wednesday October 7 to learn brief skills in keeping calm with Clinical Psychologist, Miranda Stephens. At 9am and then again at 10, 11 and 12, we will run a session for the whole family on how to stay calm and connected when at times we might feel stressed, low or lonely.
