Community Rhythm Circle for Mental Health Week
The Drum Collective is bringing together a free community rhythm circle event in Devonport! Drumming and rhythm are powerful tools for relieving stress, expressing emotions, and building connections. Yoga and Connecting with Nature for Mental Health Week
Join us for Mental Health Week at Gould's Lagoon and connect with nature, recharge and look after the land.
