Yoga @ Rosny Library

We all have a role to play to find ways to support our own mental health and the mental health of our families and friends.

Yoga is a great way to relieve stress and reduce tension. It provides a much needed moment to slow down, breathe and reflect on our day. BYO Yoga Mat.
