North West Film Society Free Film Evening

As a part of Mental Health Week the North West Film Society will be holding a free film evening. ‘Goodbye Christopher Robin’ is a film about troubled writer AA Milne and his son Christopher Robin, the inspiration for Winnie The Pooh. The movie will be followed by a panel discussion around the mental health issues raised in the film.
‘Goodbye Christopher Robin’ is a free public event, however due to Covid, bookings are essential. Bookings can be made from the Eventbrite link on the NWFS website www.nwfs.org.au. Please register under ‘General Public’.
Doors open at 6:30 pm with the screening beginning at 7:00 pm sharp. Drinks (wine, coffee etc) and snacks will be available from the café both before and after the screening which also provides time for socialising and post-movie discussion.
