Mental Health First Aid

$3201 in 5 Australians are impacted by mental health issues every year.
This Mental Health First Aid Course is based on guidelines developed through the expert consensus of people with lived experience of mental health problems and mental health professionals.
The course will teach participants about the signs & symptoms of mental health literacy & teach the practical skills needed to support someone experiencing a mental health problem.
On successful completion of course, participants will be recognised and receive certification as Mental Health First Aiders for 3 years in accordance with Mental Health First Aid Australia Inc guidelines.
