‘Let it Go’ Stress Management Workshop

This workshop will help you to let go of your biggest burdens in life by giving you practical tools to manage your stress.
The ‘Let it Go: Stress Management Workshop’ teaches tips and tricks for reducing stress in daily life. In this workshop you will learn about stress and its potential impact on your mental and physical health. You will also receive practical tools to help you to:
– Reduce or remove your stressors
– Challenge your thinking about stress
– Relax more often
– Feel more peaceful and less stressed
NOTE: The workshop consists of a main session on Sunday 4th October from 10am to 3.30pm (with lunch and refreshments provided), followed by a session on Wednesday 7th October from 7.30pm to 9pm. Both are held at the New Norfolk Golf Club
