World Mental Health Awareness, Belonging, and Connection Day

To celebrate Mental Health Week 2023 Anglicare Tasmania, Baptcare and Wellways have invited their mental health program practitioners and participants to display their art and craft at this exhibition. The theme is Belonging, Awareness and Connection and everyone is invited to attend this community event to see their work. There will be some free food including cheese platters and a sausage sizzle. Mental health practitioners will be available to offer information, advice and support.

Join us for a relaxing morning tea and unwind with a 15-minute massage session with your choice of either a hands and arms massage or a head, neck and shoulders massage. Light refreshments will be available while you mingle with other community members and wait for the next available spot. Glenorchy City Council will be having a Mental Health Week expo with around nine services attending on the day. There will be Line Dancing from 12 noon until 12:30pm and a free BBQ and Coffee van! All the stalls will have information for the public.
