Appreciate the Little Things – 7 Magic Minutes
Taking just a Minute every week from Saturday 10th August, Kentish community members will be encouraged via social media to participate in the '7 Magic Minutes' mental health and wellbeing project. By viewing the weekly prompt, participants can Take a Minute to take a photo or draw a picture. Poetry for the soul: A free poetry writing workshop
