DESCRIPTION:The training will give you knowledge to assist individuals and organisations to offer an inclusive and welcoming service for LGBTIQA+ people. \nTopics covered within this training include: \n• Knowledge to assist individuals and organisations to offer an inclusive and welcoming service for LGBTIQA+ people. \n• To provide a deeper understanding and confidence in working with LGBTIQA+ people. \n• Information from the ‘Who I am’ study by Dr. Julia Taylor and Bi+ Australia on bisexuality and pansexuality. \n• A screening of iNTERSExION to help participants understand the specific needs of Intersex people and those living outside of binary genders. \n
