DESCRIPTION:Taking just a Minute every week from Saturday 10th August\, Kentish community members will be encouraged via social media to participate in the ‘7 Magic Minutes’ mental health and wellbeing project. By viewing the weekly prompt\, participants can Take a Minute to take a photo or draw a picture. \nAt the end of 7 weeks/7 prompts\, participants can collage their ‘Appreciate the Little Things – 7 Magic Minutes’ to display at the Kentish House between 12pm-6pm on Thursday 10th October – during Mental Health Week. \nParticipation is free and open to all ages!
