DESCRIPTION:Do you love the written word and have a unique way of describing the world around you? Or is poetry something you’ve always\nwanted to try? \nIn the lead up to Mental Health Week\, we are inviting all Tasmanians who experience\, or have experienced\, mental health issues\nto enter the Poetry for the Soul competition and share your work. \nEntries will be judged based on the theme\, ‘Connection to self: Poetry for the soul is the connection of emotions to the life and all\nour experiences’. \nSubmissions open now.\nSubmit online to: nhandlinger@wellways.org\nSubmit via post or in person to: 136 Davey Street\, Hobart \nCompetition closes 4pm\, Friday 29 September\, 2023. \nEntrants will be invited to read their work at a poetry reading during Mental Health Week on 9 October at Hadley’s Hotel.
