DESCRIPTION:Mental Health Week is fast approaching\, and Baptcare\, Anglicare and Mental Health Services are holding a shared event to celebrate the theme…. “Appreciate The Little Things”. \nWe are creating you a space for you to explore those things that bring you joy. \nWe are hoping to provide a calm\, relaxing space for people to view artwork that will be on display\, to try out a few activities on the day\, such as planting succulents to take home\, making stress balls\, destressing with a mosaic tile artwork piece\, having time to enjoy some guided meditation in a quiet room (with a heated floor)\, or to just find a quiet spot inside or outside to grab a cuppa and relax. There will also be BBQ food and drinks provided on the day. \nOur staff and clients from across several community service organizations will be displaying art works for observation\, and guests will also be able to create\, read\, doodle\, relax\, and of course\, enjoy something to eat and drink. \nOur aim is for you to go home with memories that will leave you feeling inspired\, accepted and motivated.
